I do like Calahonda. Calahonda is really a good a great place to own a property, whether it is a holiday home, a rental investment or a villa to make your home.
Calahonda is very central. 25 minutes to the international air port of Malaga, 15 minutes to Marbella, and Puerto Banus, and much much more.
This villa is a real find. I like the way it is set out; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Modern bathrooms, and a newly installed kitchen.
The lounge is open plan to the dining room, with large patio windows to give great light into the property and lovely views of the mature garden.
