Local Information:
Tucked away, off the road in a small cul-de-sac, a quiet location for a relaxing holiday. Situated within walking distance of Liopetri village which offers a selection of amenities including banks, shops, coffee shops, kiosks / mini supermarkets etc. All this lays approx 3 km from the coast where you will find various beaches, taverns and walks along the crystal clear waters. Many local residents visit Potomas Liopetri, a beautiful small traditional fishing creek with a sandy beach and 2 fish taverns. The tourist resorts of Agia Napa and Protaras are within approx 6 – 10 km. Paralimni, a local town with main supermarkets, schools, amongst all other facilities is a short drive of 9 km, where as Larnaca and the international airport is approx a 25 minute drive.
